How do a hygienist and an assistant hand off rooms?

When a hygienist and an assistant pick the same hygiene ops in the morning, VisitPing pairs them for the day. Both of their bubble panels show Your rooms on top: each room's patient, the time left and where the visit is (Seating, Ready for the hygienist, Cleaning, Exam called, Finishing).

• The assistant taps Ready for the hygienist under This room, checks what she did, picks the exam before or after the cleaning and can add a note. The hygienist gets a pop-up with On my way or In 5 min.
• The hygienist taps Back to the assistant with what's left, or I'll finish.
• A Ready for exam either of them sends shows on both, so the doctor is only called once.
• The last handoff note stays at the top of the patient's Sticky notes card until the patient leaves the op.

An admin can change the lists, or turn handoffs off, in Global settings › Ops › Assisted hygiene handoffs. New in 3.9.0.
