When does the app sign me out?
When Windows locks (Windows key + L, or the computer locking itself), or after a set time with no mouse or keyboard use anywhere on the computer: 15 minutes, 30 minutes, 1 hour (the default), 1 hour 30 minutes or 2 hours. Working in Open Dental counts, so it stays signed in while you're busy there.
Set both in Global settings › People › Staff sign-in, under VisitPing app on office computers. Bubble settings can pick a shorter time for one computer. Lock shared screens after still covers iPads, wall displays and VisitPing in a browser.
