Connect to Open Dental
Create a read-only MySQL user with Open Dental's MySQLManager, then enter it in the installer or in Settings and test the connection.
Match your statuses
Pick which Appt Confirmed statuses become board columns and which ones mean "in the op."
Add your team, open the screens
Pick who uses VisitPing from your Open Dental users and print the PIN sheet. Then put the board on a TV, pair a tablet in each op, and have doctors add the screen to their phones.
Open Dental on a Windows server: Windows 10, 11 or Server 2016 and newer, 64-bit. About 70 to 130 MB of memory with chat on. Screens can be any modern browser: Edge, Chrome, Safari or Firefox, on iPhone, iPad, Android and Windows.
