How do I add a VisitPing button to Open Dental's toolbar?

Once for the office, in Open Dental:

1. Setup › Program Links › Add. Name it VisitPing.
2. Program path: C:\Program Files\VisitPing App\VisitPing.exe. Leave the command line blank.
3. Under Add a button to these toolbars, pick Appointments, Family, Account and Chart, then press OK.

On a front desk computer with the app, the button opens the bubble's panel.
