How do I read the Office Board?

Updated October 29, 2026 · VisitPing 3.3.2

Each column is a check-in status from Open Dental, and the time on a card is how long the patient has been in it. The card's color is the patient's provider.

  • Expected soon lists patients due in the next 10 minutes who haven't checked in. LATE means their time has passed.
  • Ops shows every op in its doctor's color with the patient in the chair. A colored dot means the op is waiting on a doctor, and what for.
  • Color key says which color is which provider. TVs on the wall always show it.
