We're replacing our server. How do we move VisitPing?

Updated October 29, 2026 · VisitPing 3.3.2

Install VisitPing on the new server, then restore your latest backup onto it with Restore backup.bat and your backup passphrase. Your settings, people, devices and chat come with it.

Data on a server can only be read on that server, so the backup is the way to move it. Email us first and we'll move your license to the new server.
