How do I put up the screens?

Updated October 29, 2026 · VisitPing 3.3.2

Open your office address (like brookside.visitping.app) on each device, then approve it in Settings › Security › Devices. The device shows a 6-letter code to match.

  • Wall TV: set it to Wall display: Office Board. See How do I put the board on a wall TV?
  • Op tablet: open it in the op; the first person to sign in picks the room.
  • Doctor's phone: set it to Personal and pick whose phone it is. Then turn on phone alerts.
  • Front desk computer: install the VisitPing app, or use the browser.

Every screen can be added to the home screen or installed as an app, so it opens straight to its screen.
