How do I match our Open Dental statuses to the board?
In Settings, pick which Appt Confirmed statuses become columns on the Office Board, and which one means the patient is in the op. Columns keep Open Dental's order and colors.
A patient leaves the board when their appointment reaches the "in the op" status, or when they're marked seated in Open Dental. A status whose name includes "way" (like On my way) counts down to the appointment time and then shows late.
