What does the TV show during a visit?

The TV follows the appointment in Open Dental, so nobody has to touch it.

  • Welcome: when the patient is seated, "Welcome, (first name)!", today's visit and the care team with their photos.
  • During the visit: your slide shows and videos, calm slides, or Good to know tips.
  • Wrap up: at Checking out, the tips for today's visit and their next visit if one is booked.
  • Thanks: then "Thanks, (first name)!", and a dark "not in use" screen after turnover.
