Can we change what each screen shows?

Updated October 31, 2026 · VisitPing 3.6.1

Yes. In Global settings › Op TVs › Screens, each step of the visit (patient seated, during the visit, checking out, saying goodbye and empty room) has its own screen. Tap a screen to open it in the screen designer, add slides before or after it, drag them into order, or switch one off. Try another visit checks a long name or three people, and Show on a TV shows it on one op's TV for a minute before you save.

Note

Nothing changes until you change it. An office that hasn't touched Look or Screens keeps the screens it has today.
