How do I turn on phone alerts on an iPhone?

Updated October 29, 2026 · VisitPing 3.3.2

Add VisitPing to your home screen first, then turn alerts on from there.

  1. Open your office address in Safari.
  2. Tap Share › Add to Home Screen, then open VisitPing from the home screen.
  3. Sign in, open ⚙ and tap Turn on next to phone alerts, then Allow.

Alerts show on your Apple Watch too. If your phone moves to someone else, turn phone alerts on again on it.
