What do the op number and ring on the bubble mean?

Updated October 31, 2026 · VisitPing 3.6.1

Next to the patient's name, the bubble shows their op's number (filled in the color of a request waiting there) and a ring with the time left in the booked visit.

  • Green: 20 to 100% of the visit left.
  • Yellow: 10 to 20% left.
  • Orange: under 10% left.
  • Red, flashing: over time, counting up (+5m).

Past an hour it shows hours (1.5h). Hover the ring for what the colors mean. An unread chat pops the round chat button into the bubble, with its count.
