How do I change or take back a sticky note?

Tap Edit on a note you wrote: on the patient's panel in the app (next to ✓ Done) or in the 📝 Sticky notes list. Change the words, the reminder or who sees it, then tap Save changes. It updates for everyone who sees it, and a new reminder starts over.

Take back removes it for everyone. Notes someone else wrote for you don't have Edit. The audit log records each change, never the note itself.
