What does VisitPing do, and what do we need to run it?

VisitPing shows your whole office who's here, who's waiting and which ops need a doctor, live from Open Dental. You need Open Dental on a Windows server (Windows 10, 11 or Server 2016 and newer, 64-bit) and any modern browser for the screens.

• Office Board on a wall TV: every patient and every op.
• Op tablets: call the doctor with one tap, and see what's left before the patient leaves.
• Doctor screen on a computer or phone: requests sorted by who's waited longest.
• Front desk: checkout flags, quick asks and who's available.
• VisitPing app on front desk computers: a bubble over Open Dental and sticky notes.
• Office chat, alerts and reports.

Screens can be Edge, Chrome, Safari or Firefox on Windows, iPhone, iPad and Android.
