How do front desk jobs work?
Your office lists who handles Check out and Treatment planning, in order, under Settings › Front desk › Front desk jobs. When it's your turn, a pop-up asks you: pick where the patient should go, or tap I'll take.
Tap Can't right now and the next person is asked right away. If nobody answers, the next person is asked after a short wait (45 seconds by default), skipping anyone Away, Busy or on a call.
