Why does it say I'm Away when I'm here?
Clocking out in Open Dental's time clock (for lunch, say) sets you to Away, and your phone alerts pause until you clock back in.
If you never use the time clock but still show as Away, ask whoever runs Settings to set you to Doesn't use the time clock under People.
